IT Support Specialist (m/w/d)
Aufgaben: - Deskside services, e.g. PC hardware and operating system
- Standard applications support
- Installation, configuration and administration of hardware like printers, telephones and video conferencing systems
Qualifikation: - First of experience in delivering end user IT support
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware
- Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows and Mac OS (nice to have)
- Experience with providing application support
- Interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Required proficiency in verbal and written business communication skills
- Fluent in English
